  • Payment: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly fees paid in advance.
  • No lock-in: cancel the monthly fee with 30 days’ notice.
  • Third-party costs billed separately at cost: WhatsApp Business messages, AI usage, phone number and extra voice minutes.
  • Fair use: each plan has a monthly conversation limit you set. Voice starts at 150 minutes.
  • GDPR-compliant processing with a data processing agreement. No health data is stored.
  • Prices exclude VAT/taxes. Amounts in EUR.

What is the usage-based part?

What other providers charge for their services: Meta for some WhatsApp Business messages and the AI provider for the agent’s usage. I pass it on at cost, with no markup.

How much will it be for me?

It depends on how many conversations you have. Before we start I estimate it with your numbers and we set a usage limit.

How do I pay?

50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly fees are paid in advance.

Can I cancel?

Yes, there is no lock-in: give 30 days’ notice.
