What data I process
The data you give me in the contact form: name, phone, type of business, what you are interested in, when you prefer a call and your message.
If you contact me on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, the data in that conversation.
Purpose and legal basis
To contact you and handle your request (call, demo or quote). The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
I do not use your data for advertising or make automated decisions about you.
How your data travels
This website does not store personal data. When you submit the form, the data goes through the hosting provider’s server function and is sent to my n8n automation system, which logs it and alerts me to call you.
n8n runs on: a virtual private server (VPS) rented from Hostinger, in a data centre in Frankfurt (Germany).
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as a processor and may handle technical data (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the page. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you message me on WhatsApp, that service is provided by Meta under its own terms.
Retention
For as long as our relationship lasts or until you ask me to delete it. If we do not end up working together, I delete it within 12 months at the latest.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by emailing rafajupa23@gmail.com.
You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
